How to Use
Apply to clean skin. Recommended use over larger areas such as the torso, legs, or arms to encourage effective absorption. Can be used as a daily moisturiser. Massage as needed, 4 pump presses contains 105mg elemental magnesium.

Not recommend to apply to freshly shaven skin.
