Products must be unopened and in good resalable condition.
Products must be returned on or before 30 days of the date the order was shipped out.
Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs with a valid tracking number and pre-approval.
If the order had the incorrect item due to a packing error, or was damaged during shipping, GHN will be responsible for return shipment costs. However, we must be notified upon receipt as the 30-day return policy still applies.
All sale items are Final Sale.
Any circumstance outside of GHN policy will be considered case by case and a restocking fee according to industry standards of 20% of purchase.
