Lithium is a trace mineral naturally present in small amounts in food and water. In supplements, it is typically provided at low levels as part of general nutritional intake. In this formula, lithium is supplied as lithium orotate, a form commonly used in dietary supplements.

Lithium orotate consists of lithium bound to orotic acid, an organic compound. This format is selected for its stability and suitability for low dose supplementation. Each capsule provides 5 mg of elemental lithium from 125 mg of lithium orotate.
