Each capsule provides 100mcg (4000 IU) Vitamin D3 as natural cholecalciferol, plus 100mg calcium from coral calcium containing 68 naturally sourced trace minerals. Coral calcium provides 10% RDA for calcium and doubles as the flowing agent, so there are no artificial fillers, flowing agents, or excipients. 100 capsules per bottle.
